At the Year 3 assembly on Friday we shared our learning about the current New Zealand flag and the other five flag options. We found out who designed the flags and what the the symbols and colours represent.
We then held our own vote to find out which flag option the Year 3 children liked best. As you can see the clear winner was the Blue and black Silver Fern with the Southern Cross. I wonder which one will be chosen in the upcoming referendum?
